Hallimane gets ready to Sankrathi special!

Bengaluru: The landmark Bangalore restaurant, Hallimane in Malleshwaram all set to welcome the Bengalureans for the harvest festival of the state 'Makar Sankranti'. On January 15 and 16,

Hallimane offers an delicious, traditional festive menu to its customers. More than 30 traditional dishes will be offered to the customers and all these dishes will be served on a banana leaf.
According to Mr. Neelavara Sanjeev Rao, managing director of the Hallimane, Sankranthi specials including juices made of sesame seeds, sugar cane,  jaggery, avarekkalu usli, kosambari, sweet pongal, avarekai chitranna etc will be the speciality.

"We want to make our customers to feel the rich experience of traditional festival lunch through this initiative. Today's fast life style made the festival celebrations dull. To bring back old enthusiasm and festive mood we are celebrating this Sankranthi," he said.
