GST Rates report submitted
CEA Arvind Subramnianheaded panel has recommended eliminating
all taxes on inter-state trade, including 1% additional tax proposal in GST
Bill.
Standard GST
will range between 17% and 18%: CEA, Arvind Subramanian said on GST rate report
after submitting report to Finance Minister Arun Jaitly.
Its better to have a clean system without compromising
autonomy of the State Subramanian said.
