New Delhi: The Supreme court on Wednesday, 28th March 2017 ordered a probe against two former Karnataka Chief Ministers H D Kumaraswamy and Dharam Singh while giving relief to S M Krishna.
The apex court asked a special investigating team of the Karnataka police to probe allegations against Dharam Singh and H D Kumaraswamy in the illegal iron ore mining case. The court, however, upheld the stay on proceedings against S M Krishna.
The supreme court has asked the special investigating team of Karnataka police to submit its report within three months. The Supreme court also restrained all other courts including the Karnataka high court from passing any order in the case.
